- support `locals` in configuration file, running multiple local server
  instance simultaneously
- support `unix://` in `dns` configuration

BREAKING CHANGE:

- `sslocal`'s `--dns-addr` is now only available in Android
- shadowsocks-service's `Config` struct have lots of changes
