Fix: MCPToolkit can't pass right args to MCPTool

Fix: RequestTask can't close correctly if task thread end without put an eof into queue
Fix: LLM Instrument can't trace token usage correctly in streaming mode
Fix: function 'get_invocation_chain' returns None in some case
Fix: Wrong logic while adding raw token usage dict
Fix: Sls sink use async func to process log
ADD: MCPManager add an async func 'safe_close_stack_async' to close all session in asyncio env

新增了一个 写入 Word 文档（.docx） 的工具模块。

该工具能够将生成的报告内容以 .docx 格式自动写出到本地或指定路径，方便用户直接获取可编辑的报告文件。
新增了 word_writer 工具文件，用于将文本内容导出为 Word 文档。

fix: 修复 MCPToolkit 中 connection_kwargs 传递问题

修复了 Pydantic 模型字段传递导致的 bug，确保 streamable_http
传输类型的 connection_kwargs（包括 HTTP headers）能正确传递。
主要修改：
- MCPToolkit.get_all_tools() 方法中改用显式参数传递
- 解决了 **kwargs 传递方式下 Pydantic 字段未正确设置的问题
